BEER AND FOOD MATCHING LUNCH
This year’s lunch features five courses from Nelson chef Lincoln Womersley, each paired with one of the special MarchFest beers. Marlborough beer writer Geoff Griggs will once again lead a lively and informative discussion featuring several of the brewers and the meal will conclude with a selection of beer-friendly cheeses.

1st Course - Ikamata Island Style raw fish salad, with lime & coriander (GF)
2nd Course - Southern Fried Chicken, Corn Hush puppies, hot sauce & Pickles (GF on request)
3rd Course - Smoked Beef, Potato Rosti & Chimichurri Sauce (GF)
4th Course - Sticky Hoisin, Ginger Pork Belly, Vietnamese Salad, crushed peanuts (GF)
5th Course - Selection of local handmade chocolate from CocoYo
6th Course - Selection of Barrys Bay Cheese
